Anouk van der Have

Anouk van der Have

What is it that makes Anouk unique? It’s the fact that her soft and hard skills are two equally strong forces. They typify her in everything she does. Painting and boxing. Finance and coaching. Firm and warm. With Anouk, the two always go hand in hand.

The combination also characterizes her consulting style. She observes, analyses and then asks exactly the right question. This approach works because she genuinely wants to understand people and their context. Anouk uses her sensitivity and she trusts her intuition. That’s why she is able to see the bigger system and dares to firmly address what is really going on. This is how she drives development. Her goal is to give people new insights, making them more conscious and able to live more sustainably. A challenge she herself takes on every day as well.

With his analytical and sharp view he researches all possibilities. Producing realistic and achievable solutions for his clients. Jaap’s style of advice can be typified by listening, quick understanding of the core issue and the use of humour to achieve his goal. Really helping people move forward is what drives him. So, a win-win situation.

Jooske can easily make the distinction between sense and nonsense. She never gives up and thrives when working together towards a higher goal. An absolute team player. With a little hint of stubbornness.

Her intuition is her biggest adviser and her way of letting go of the familiar in order to discover other beautiful things. Her style of advice can be described as analytical, well thought through and with a firm focus on engagement. Her son and daughter are her pride and joy and have strengthened her motivation to make the world a better place.

That’s how she recognises people with that special spark in their eye - the kind of people she loves to have around her. But even if the fire isn’t quite burning yet, Marijke is the person you need. She’ll help you find it.

She does this by listening carefully, observing and asking questions. With her analytical mind, she quickly gets to the heart of the matter. She focusses on what is important, namely visualising the new and then creating it. Instead of struggling against the past. That is how she establishes permanent change.

His life philosophy is to follow your path with passion, and respect that of others who you meet along the way. A lesson that he learned during the time spent gaining the highest degree in Kung-Fu.

With his creativity and sharp mind Roeland quickly understands the system, from the organisational side, but also from the human perspective. He is sociable and analytical and makes decisions with the long term vision at the back of his mind. And when the music stops, everyone turns to Roeland.

Because Zoë voices what she sees, she is – often unintentionally – a mirror for others. A quality that she still has to learn to appreciate. Without her to-do-lists she would be lost and she always finishes them meticulously. Zoë isn’t satisfied until everything is fixed. These qualities, combined with her sharp wit and enthusiasm, make her the perfect office manager for The Change Collective.
